1. PARTIES

This Agreement has been signed between the parties below within the framework of the terms and conditions specified below.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that if they approve the order subject to the agreement, they will be obligated to pay the price of the order and any additional fees such as shipping costs, taxes, and that they have been informed about this.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below shall express the written explanations opposite them.

  • MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade,

  • LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,
  • REGULATION: The Regulation on Distance Contracts,
  • SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods, performed or promised to be performed for a fee or benefit,
  • SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf of or for the account of the goods provider,
  • BUYER: The real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
  • SITE: The website belonging to the SELLER,
  • ORDERER: The real or legal person who requests a good or service through the SELLER's website,
  • PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
  • AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
  • GOODS: Movable property subject to purchase and sale, and intangible goods such as software, sound, images, etc., prepared for use in electronic environments,

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically via the SELLER's website.

The prices listed and advertised on the site are sales prices. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices advertised for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT/PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

1. The basic characteristics (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) of the good/product/products/service are published on the SELLER's website. If the SELLER has organized a campaign, you can examine the basic characteristics of the relevant product during the campaign period. It is valid until the campaign date.

7.2. Prices

The prices listed and advertised on the site are sales prices. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices advertised for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.3. Taxes and Payments

The sales price of the good or service subject to the agreement, including all taxes, is shown below.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Information and Acceptance

The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the agreement on the SELLER's website, are informed, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

9.2. Delivery Period

Each product subject to the agreement is delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance to the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In cases where the distance contract concerns the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal by rejecting the goods without giving any reason, provided they notify the SELLER within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to them or to the person/entity at the address indicated by them.

11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Products prepared in line with the BUYER's request or explicitly personal needs, such as underwear bottom pieces, cosmetic products, and disposable products, are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that if they default on payments made by credit card, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the cardholder bank and will be liable to the bank.

13. AUTHORIZED COURT

Complaints and objections regarding disputes arising from this agreement will be made to the consumer arbitration board or consumer court at the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.

14. EFFECTIVE DATE

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement when they complete the payment for the order placed through the Site.
